Themed with a classical Greco-Roman motif, the 2014 American Heart Association Greater Charlotte Heart Ball proved that history does, indeed, repeat itself. But it didn’t just repeat itself – it got better! This year, the gala Heart Ball held in Charlotte passed last year’s one million dollar mark by a gratifying margin, and we are proud to have played a part in that achievement.
Based on the theme “Conquer the Heart”- BD&H helped produce unique communication materials for the events throughout the year leading up to the annual gala, as well as all communication materials for the Ball. This year’s Ball was the best yet, touting a Vegas-like dinner show and living statues for the record number of attendees.
The AHA provides vital work in the areas of research, prevention, and education programs designed to help prevent heart-related illnesses, stroke and circulatory disease.
Our own Alaine Bollinger once again served as Auction Co-Chair. We take our pro bono work very seriously and are more than happy to think that our efforts have played even a small part in helping the AHA achieve its 2014 goals!
